History of football

In the early old days, people were like to play with a ball shape. Ball games were first played as 1800 BC; however, there is scientific evidence that people in earlier Ancient China where play ball games also.  The game was not nice, because it was often that players would finish the game with broken bones and other serious injuries. In addition, they play with up to 500 players on each said, also, they play for 6 to 7 hours and continue the next day. The game had many changes after several years in everything. The modern rules of football are based on mid-19^th  century in England. Moreover, they came up with rules that were known as the Cambridge Rules. The new rules based on the aim of the game, the pitch, players, timing, and many things. There is some equipment that the player needs to play a football game. The required equipment is, each player has a pair of shoes, wearing the same clothes and goal keeper has to wear gloves. The equipment is necessary to play an official match. Football has become the most popular sport in the world. All of these rules are certified by the FIFA.

Many of private sectors believe that local people are not available to have responsibility. As a result, most of locals in the country are works for the government. The UAE government try to let the locals to work in the private sectors by Emiratizati, in the beginning the program failed, but then its start to work, because of that some private sector believe on local people. Private sector and locals should know that each of them have responsibility to do, on one hand , locals should work hard, on the other hand, private sector should believe on locals.
